A good sandwich with sourdough bread of long fermentation, to take care of your intestinal flora, with Iberian pork (or eggs from here, as you prefer), payoya goat cheese, olive oil from the harvest, herbs from the forest? mmM! And for dessert chestnut and carob chocolates with their own sweetness, without sugar, handmade with tenderness, exquisite and natural medicine. To drink the simplicity of the spring water from these forests or a delicious homemade herbal tea, with or without organic honey from the nearby honeycombs. Breathtaking views await you: of Júzcar, of the light and shade of the Riscos de Júzcar, of the gentle, colour-changing curves of Mount Amoa, the reddish hues of the chestnut trees, the bright greens of the pines... a shower of colour and life. And, for the lucky ones, the eagle flying and singing majestically above you... maybe even with his family too. We invite you to bring your hammocks and picnic blankets for a fabulous siesta.
