Cancellation Policy

We are a small family on a farm in the middle of the forest, far from shops, and we do not currently have our own laundry. In order to offer you the exclusive and high-quality experiences you deserve, we start preparing everything tailored to your needs more than a week in advance: gathering the necessary food and materials and preparing the cottage with everything clean and ironed... A cancellation may mean that we end up with food that we cannot use and that may spoil. This is why any cancellation with a full refund will be possible up to 2 weeks before the experience. Up to 16 days before the experience you can change the date of your visit completely free of charge, or cancel your reservation, and you will receive 100% of the amount you paid. In the 15 days preceding the booked experience, we regret that we cannot offer, due to commitments, logistics and product purchases, the change of date or the refund of the amount. What we can offer during the 15 days prior to the activity is the change of participants of those who will enjoy the activity, that is, if you agree with some of your relatives or friends to come in your place, we will be happy to receive them, and, hopefully on another occasion, finally you. In the case that we are the ones who cancel the activity due to lack of personnel, illness, or any other eventuality, we will offer the option of either changing the date or refunding the full amount, and we will always try to have an additional detail for any inconvenience.
